Absolutely the best!

I don't leave many reviews, that is, until I find *really standout service. Nataliya has truly been a blessing for my skin, specifically for Brazilian waxing.

Just to give a little background, I spent 2 YEARS visiting different waxing salons and/or trying a different person at a salon I already used. I did this every month. Ever get waxed, you leave and run your hand over your skin and it feels as if the hair shaft broke halfway down so then it feels as if you have shaved a week ago because the hair is literally that long? I've had the top few layers of skin burned then ripped off, left with long rectangular red bleeding patches just because the person waxing me didn't want to say they just got done melting the wax and haven't had a chance to turn it down before waxing me.

I didn't think putting on wax and pulling it off was such an artform. After two years, I was willing to pay nearly anything for just a smooth, Brazilian wax which I was technically paying for every month anyway. I really needed to be waxed because my sensitive skin develops terrible razor rash which turns into infected hair follicles. I really, really needed to find someone.

Enter Nataliya. She has since moved and started her business after leaving Juko, which, by the way, is THEE best nail salon in Chicago (really, check their reviews!).

I've been waxed by Nataliya for about 4-5 years now. There's NEVER a *single* hair left unwaxed, never patches of hair left broken half down the hair shaft so it feels like week old stubble.

Her prices are waaaayyyyy less than any salon I had been to before, plus she's the most talented out of them all!

I almost don't want to share a review and let the secret out, but she damn well deserves the review. She has even been in a Bridal magazine for her talent in performing Brazilian waxing while at her last salon. She does eyebrows as well, legs, face, etc.

If your truly looking for someone who does a quick, and relatively painless (c'mon, it's a brazilian. It doesn't tickle) waxing, do yourself a favor and go see Nataliya.
She has the talent, skills, training, bedside manner, and the most reasonable pricing to get the job done. You will be so shocked and pleased with her services whether you're a first timer or seasoned at having any type of waxing done.

I initially started seeing Nataliya about 2 or 3 years ago when she was working out of a nail salon on Division. I was talking to a friend about the struggle of finding a waxing specialist who could handle curly hair and was recommended to Nataliya and she has saved my lady bits from furry abomination!

If you have curly thick hair and haven't found a GREAT waxer yet, go HERE. While the experience isn't pain-free, it's quick, Nataliya keeps you in conversation to take your mind off things, she has some tricks to help ease the pain, she is clean, her lines are neat if you don't want all the hair removed, and the experience is always pleasant. She legit mowed my full @ss lawn after mad neglect in 20 min flat. This chick is a waxing goddess!

Her pricing is affordable per session and she also has packages to help you save.

I have had the most difficult time finding someone to do my eyebrow wax/tint, as well as eyelash tint, to my satisfaction. Nataliya did the most excellent job on my lashes and brows! I'm usually sooo picky with where I get a wax. I always jump from place to place because I never have a reason to return. I recently moved back to Chicago after 6 years and this place was the closest to my house and since I needed a wax so last minute, I just went there.
1. She was so sweet and right away made me feel comfortable because she was able to fit me into her schedule so last minute.
2. I had a Brazilian and an underarm wax and both were excellent! She even went over with tweezers which is something I always hope gets done.
3. I recently went back for my second underarm wax and will definitely be seeing her soon for my next Brazilian.
4. Coming here was the best decision ever!

For years I've been searching for the right nail technician. Natalia exceeds in regards to nail perfection. I'm a fanatic of the classic European French but only when it's done correctly. Thanks to her, the pink is not see through, white tips are not obnoxiously wide, my nails are not shaped as duck feet, and most importantly Natalia is the real deal.

There's no glueing plastic tips onto your nails as most salons do which of course, is the cheaper and easier way. In this salon, the gel(none of that cheap powder) is applied directly onto your nail with the help of a form to keep the shape. If you want to have long lasting nails that's the only way to go about it. I've never been happier with such results and definitely recommend this salon to anyone who cares about nails that are of good quality.

The wax was definitely less painful then I thought it would be. She was very informative and gave suggestions on skincare and upkeep for after the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and thoroughly Natalia completed the service. She was very friendly and explained every step of the process, as well as recommendations for skincare between procedures. All of this is important because I was nervous and thought this would be excruciatingly painful... IT WAS NOT!

Her studio is not only very close to me, but there is always street parking, it is cute and clean, and she provides the best and fastest brazilian ever. Upon my first visit I also asked her to wax my brows and keep them full, which she did perfectly, and then she offered to let me try having my eyebrows done, free of charge just to try out. Well now everytime I go, I have to get them dyed, it just looks so great! She was running a special for a little while but unbeknownst to me until checkout. so worth the money regardless! Before Nataliya I was in and out of different salon spas searching for "the one." No matter where I seemed to go, I could not manage to find someone I could see myself committing to. Enter Nataliya, whom I first went to for a Brazilian a few years ago while she was working for another salon, and I couldn't be happier with her.

Not only is she absolutely lovely, she's very kind with a warm and welcoming demeanor, but she works so quickly that it seems effortless. She truly has a magical way of making what would typically feel like an unnecessarily awkward and painful situation, into a walk in the park- as the old adage goes. **Fair warning, this may be a bit much as well as a bit uncouth: I can get quite *ahem*... unruly if you catch my drift & it's nice not feeling like I've gotten hit in the crotch with a baseball bat after getting a wax.

Nothing has ever looked dirty or unsanitary, and I've never had to worry about 'double dipping.' I am severely immunocompromised and there has never been anything that made me want to run screaming in the other direction.

Even after moving to the suburbs I won't see anyone else. She's just that great. I actually made the mistake of that once while she was on vacation, and I'm pretty sure it was after that experience that I vowed to follow her to the ends of the earth, silently to myself, in order to keep my crazy under wraps.

I've tried literally a dozen different waxing salons and until now never found one that I love . I was a serial groupon user because I couldn't find my waxing home and have horror stories that I won't get into. I've been going to Nataliya for the past two months and vow to never try another aesthetician. I am crazy prone to ingrowns and hate long painful waxes (like most) and she has the solution to both of those issues!
